David’s approach to adult learning and development is rooted in understanding each individual’s unique motivations and facilitating their ability to adapt to change. He draws on a range of adult learning theories and change management methodologies to ensure his clients are equipped to navigate transformation successfully. His consulting experience also includes the creation and implementation of organizational training plans, quality policies, staff development strategies, and orientation programs.

David holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Leicester, a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Humber College, and a PhD in Applied Management from Canterbury University. His academic background is complemented by studies in Chemical Technology at the University of Montreal, providing a strong foundation for his broad consulting expertise.
